Service Engagement, Scheduling & Cancellations

Scheduling & Participation

All sessions must be scheduled in advance. You are responsible for attending your session at the agreed-upon time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time, and sessions will end at the originally scheduled time.
 

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited and are not guaranteed to be rescheduled or refunded.
 

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows may be eligible for a one-time reschedule at our discretion. Additional no-shows will not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
 

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests made with at least 24 hours’ notice will be accommodated when possible. Repeated rescheduling may be limited or declined at our discretion.
 

Payments & Refunds

All payments are final. Native Conscious does not offer refunds for services once purchased.

In limited circumstances, exceptions may be made at our sole discretion. Any such exceptions are not guaranteed and do not establish an obligation to provide refunds in the future.
